Job Summary

On Location is seeking dependable and professional Event Assistants to support guest services during High Profile Event in Los Angeles. This role is focused on distributing special parking passes at a hotel venue and ensuring guests receive the correct credentials by verifying their identity through a computer-based system. The ideal candidate brings a strong hospitality mindset, attention to detail, and comfort using basic technology in a fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute parking passes to guests in an organized and professional manner
  • Verify guest identities by checking IDs and confirming information in a system
  • Accurately manage and reference guest information using Excel
  • Provide courteous, efficient service while representing the event and brand professionally
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling guest data
  • Assist with other event-related guest service tasks as needed
Must-Have Requirements
  • Strong hospitality mindset and professional demeanor
  • Ability to verify IDs accurately and navigate computer systems efficiently
  • Working knowledge of Excel for tracking and managing guest information
  • Ability to bring and use a personal computer for work-related tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or event support roles
  • Experience working high-volume events or customer-facing environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
