LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a
Junior Recruiter at our manufacturing client in
Pierceton, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for human resources-related activities to support and develop company in the areas of recruitment and selection. Mainly responsible for screening applications and resumes, complete reference checks.
Recruiter Job description: - Responsible for human resources-related activities to support and develop company in the areas of recruitment and selection.
- Responsible for updating job descriptions and performing quarterly audits to ensure job descriptions are kept current. Involvement with all phases of recruitment and selection.
- Assist with manpower planning and evaluating current staffing needs.
- Coordinate internal and external advertisement of all openings, the use of employment agencies, and career fair participation.
- Screen applications and resumes, complete reference checks.
- Responsible to staff hourly positions in a timely and cost effective manner with quality candidates. Assist with interviewing and selecting salaried candidates.
- Assist in creation of job descriptions.
- Provide input into customer surveys requesting employment data.
- Assist with special projects in all other areas within Human Resources as requested.
- Experience recruiting direct labor, light industrial and machine operators helpful
- Experience with SAP Success Factors a plus
- Experience navigating job boards like Indeed and Linked In a plus

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
