About the Role

Recruiter

LHH Pierceton, Indiana, United States (On-site)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Junior Recruiter at our manufacturing client in Pierceton, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for human resources-related activities to support and develop company in the areas of recruitment and selection. Mainly responsible for screening applications and resumes, complete reference checks.

Recruiter

Job description:
  • Responsible for human resources-related activities to support and develop company in the areas of recruitment and selection.
  • Responsible for updating job descriptions and performing quarterly audits to ensure job descriptions are kept current. Involvement with all phases of recruitment and selection.
  • Assist with manpower planning and evaluating current staffing needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external advertisement of all openings, the use of employment agencies, and career fair participation.
  • Screen applications and resumes, complete reference checks.
  • Responsible to staff hourly positions in a timely and cost effective manner with quality candidates. Assist with interviewing and selecting salaried candidates.
  • Assist in creation of job descriptions.
  • Provide input into customer surveys requesting employment data.
  • Assist with special projects in all other areas within Human Resources as requested.
  • Experience recruiting direct labor, light industrial and machine operators helpful
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors a plus
  • Experience navigating job boards like Indeed and Linked In a plus
