LHH is looking to fill a Direct Hire Accounts Payable Manager Job in La Jolla, CA. This Client is really targeting someone with some prior supervisory experience and overall strength with AP across the board. In addition, the Company is targeting someone with strong ERP and MS Excel skills as well as the capability to streamline manual procedures. This AP Manager role pays between $100,000 to $130,000, plus bonus potential, full benefits and a retirement plan (including company match).
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AP MANAGER JOB
- Oversight of AP team - about 3 associates
- Full cycle processing of invoices; PO and Non-PO
- Process and oversee expense reports and reimbursements
- Research and manage all vendor inquires
- Post month-end journal entries for Accounts Payable
- Collaborate with Controller and CFO with process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong skill with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with various ERP software
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Comfort working fully in-office
