Pay Rate: $35-$48 per hour; non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay

Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Denver-based law firm seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal. This position supports a plaintiff-side practice handling personal injury, mass tort, and other sensitive litigation matters through all phases of the litigation process, from initial case development through trial.
The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on trial experience and be comfortable providing in-courtroom support, including sitting at counsel table. This position requires sound judgment, discretion, and a compassionate approach to communicating with clients who have experienced serious harm.
Responsibilities:- Manage all phases of discovery, including document collection, review, and production
- Draft and respond to written discovery, deposition notices, subpoenas, and related litigation documents
- Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit and witness lists, demonstratives, and other trial materials
- Provide in-courtroom trial support, including exhibit management and witness coordination
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, expert engagements, court reporters, and other case-related logistics
- Maintain organized case files, calendars, and deadlines within the firm's case management system
- Communicate with clients professionally, sensitively, and confidentially
- Independently manage multiple cases and competing deadlines
Qualifications:- 5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience
- Significant trial preparation and in-courtroom trial support experience required
- Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience required
- Experience supporting sexual assault, sexual abuse, mass tort, or other trauma-related litigation strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Colorado and federal rules of civil procedure and discovery
- Proficiency with an e-discovery platform such as DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, Nextpoint, Logikcull, or Casepoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive client matters with empathy, discretion, and a trauma-informed approach
- Paralegal certificate or an equivalent combination of education and experience
