LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a search for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join a highly regarded, Am Law-ranked firm in Stuart, Florida. This role supports a busy litigation team handling sophisticated and high-stakes matters across multiple practice areas.

Primary Responsibilities: - Provide direct support to multiple civil litigation attorneys in a fast-paced environment
- Manage heavy calendaring, court deadlines, and docketing across complex matters
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, meetings, and attorney travel
- Prepare, draft, and format pleadings, legal documents, and discovery materials
- Handle state and federal e-filing across jurisdictions
- Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure accurate case management
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and filings
- Process expense reimbursements and support time entry and billing needs
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Practice Area Exposure: - Trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation, including will contests and fiduciary disputes
- Commercial and business litigation, such as contract disputes and business torts
- Real estate and construction litigation, including land use, zoning, and developer disputes
- Intellectual property litigation involving trademarks, patents, and trade secrets
- Experience in personal injury plaintiff, family law, or criminal defense is not aligned with this practice
Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of recent civil litigation legal assistant experience within a US law firm
- Experience supporting multiple civil defense attorneys with complex litigation matters
- State and federal e-filing experience is required
- Trial preparation experience is required
- Experience in personal injury plaintiff, family law, or criminal defense is not aligned with this practice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document management systems
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Minimum typing speed of 55 WPM

- Compensation is commensurate with experience and tenure
