Business Litigation ParalegalLHH is seeking a Business Litigation Paralegal for a position with a well-established global law firm in Nashville, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal who enjoys working on sophisticated business litigation matters. Responsibilities- Support attorneys in all phases of business litigation from case inception through trial and post-trial proceedings
- Manage case files, document databases, and litigation materials in both electronic and physical formats
- Coordinate document review, productions, and eDiscovery processes
- Review and summarize documents, deposition transcripts, and discovery materials
- Conduct legal and factual research utilizing Westlaw, Lexis, and other research resources
- Draft pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and other litigation-related documents
- Coordinate court filings and ensure compliance with federal and state court rules
- Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, witness materials, and other trial support documents
- Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as needed
- Support post-trial motions, appeals, and related litigation activities
QualificationsRequired- Minimum of 3 years of business litigation paralegal experience
- Experience managing litigation matters through trial and post-trial phases
- eDiscovery experience
- Proficiency with Westlaw and Lexis legal research platforms
- Experience with document management systems and litigation support software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred- Bachelor's degree
- Paralegal certificate
- Trial preparation and courtroom support experience
