About the Role
This is a hands-on growth role for a regulated DTC consumer brand, based in Concepcion, Biobio, Chile, with remote options requiring 9–5 CT overlap. You will build campaign machinery, direct Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich lists, automate recurring work, and collaborate with sales, field, and partnerships.
You’ll own first‑party measurement, craft outbound sequences, arm the field team with target lists, and produce AI-assisted creative aligned to a strict regulatory framework.
