Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Remote (Midwest Focus- ideally recruiter sits in IN, KY, or OH) Compensation: 50k Base + Commission | Full Benefits Company: LER Healthcare

The Role We're seeking a high-energy, solutions-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to help us grow our clinician network across the Midwest (Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky). You'll focus in Behavioral Health. This isn't a "post and pray" job — it's a hunting role. You'll source, network, and build relationships with both active and passive job seekers. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our candidates are aligned with client needs, qualified for open roles, and supported throughout their journey.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively source and recruit healthcare professionals through calls, texts, social platforms, and referrals
  • Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline across key behavioral health roles (social workers, LPNs, RNs, behavioral health techs, counselors/therapists)
  • Screen candidates, gather information, and build profiles to ensure qualifications match client needs
  • Submit candidates to open roles quickly and accurately
  • Manage candidate relationships through compliance, onboarding, and their assignments
  • Contribute to the growth of a startup environment where agility, creativity, and execution matter

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruiting or sales experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Proven ability to hunt, network, and drive pipeline activity
  • Self-starter mentality — thrives in a fast-paced, build-as-we-go environment
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building instincts
  • Solutions-based mindset with high energy and ownership
