Key Responsibilities

Lean Process Optimization & Change Management- Develops high-impact process maps detailing how work flows between operational units, systematically eliminating administrative drag, duplicate data entry, and inefficient handoffs.
- Partners directly with department heads in accounting, marketing, and sales to systematically roll out new digital tools, gather frontline feedback, and iteratively drive high user adoption.
- Establishes continuous improvement loops to turn employee operational frustrations into deployed, production-ready system optimizations.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of verified, hands-on professional experience in business process optimization, operations engineering, revenue operations (RevOps), or an identical systems-building role.
- AI Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency as a technical AI power-user, with verified experience configuring, testing, and deploying LLM agents, web scrapers, and automated layers to solve distinct corporate workflow gaps.
