Location: Remote from Latin America

Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 USD/month

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Standard US Business Hours)

Position Overview:

Our Client is an established, growing luxury travel company dedicated to delivering bespoke, high-end experiences globally. Recognizing that sustainable business scaling depends entirely on operational excellence, they are heavily investing in modernizing their internal architecture. The Role

Our Client is seeking an analytical, hands-on, and highly collaborative Process & Automation Engineer to serve as the structural architect of business efficiency. Operating embedded within cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will apply lean process design and cutting-edge generative AI tooling to the operational backbone of the company. This professional will dismantle manual bottlenecks across accounting, marketing, and sales departments-designing, prototyping, and deploying automated workflows so the enterprise can aggressively scale revenue without a corresponding increase in administrative headcount.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Architecture & AI Integration

  • Identifies, analyzes, and documents repetitive, manual administrative bottlenecks across cross-functional pipelines.
  • Architectures, builds, and maintains automated, AI-first workflows-optimizing systems for sales lead scoring, CRM hygiene, marketing campaign reporting, content creation, and financial reconciliation/invoicing.
  • Engineers scalable solutions utilizing an advanced tech stack comprising Large Language Models (LLMs), automated data layers, autonomous agents, and web scrapers.
Lean Process Optimization & Change Management
  • Develops high-impact process maps detailing how work flows between operational units, systematically eliminating administrative drag, duplicate data entry, and inefficient handoffs.
  • Partners directly with department heads in accounting, marketing, and sales to systematically roll out new digital tools, gather frontline feedback, and iteratively drive high user adoption.
  • Establishes continuous improvement loops to turn employee operational frustrations into deployed, production-ready system optimizations.
  • Utilizes key operational metrics-such as cycle times, error rates, and throughput data-to empirically validate and report on the ROI of all deployed process changes.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of verified, hands-on professional experience in business process optimization, operations engineering, revenue operations (RevOps), or an identical systems-building role.
  • AI Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency as a technical AI power-user, with verified experience configuring, testing, and deploying LLM agents, web scrapers, and automated layers to solve distinct corporate workflow gaps.
  • Cross-Functional Fluency: Documented track record of working successfully across varied business functions, showing a clear understanding of how automation in one system (e.g., Sales CRM) ripples into backend infrastructure (e.g., Finance Ledger).
  • Lean Methodology: Strong familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks (formal green/black belt certifications are a distinct advantage, though not strictly required).
  • Data Literacy: Analytical capability to review process logs, measure throughput variance, and translate technical efficiencies into clear, data-driven business metrics.
  • Workplace Infrastructure: Ownership of a reliable computer setup, a secure home office environment, and a stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting cloud development.
Tools in Your Kit (Preferred Tech Stack)
  • Automation Layers & Platforms: Extensive knowledge of Zapier, Make, n8n, or Retool.
  • Generative AI Platforms: Hands-on integration experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or custom agentic frameworks.
  • Core Business Enterprise Systems: High familiarity interfacing with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), accounting suites (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite), and modern database structures (e.g., Airtable).
  • Development Skills (Plus): Foundational familiarity utilizing lightweight Python or JavaScript for writing glue code, managing API arrays, or automating data extractions.
