Phaxis Education is seeking dedicated Intervention Specialists to support students across the Reynoldsburg area for the 2026-2027 school year. We partner with exceptional educators who are passionate about making a difference and helping students achieve academic, social, and behavioral success.
Position Details • Full-Time, Monday-Friday • Elementary, Middle School, and High School opportunities available • Resource, Inclusion, Self-Contained, and Specialized Program settings • Competitive weekly pay • School-year contract position
Responsibilities • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) • Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs • Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to support student success • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families • Monitor student progress and maintain compliance documentation • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications • Active Ohio Intervention Specialist License or ability to obtain licensure • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Passion for supporting students with disabilities • Experience in special education settings preferred
