At Pulsar, we're on a mission to transform how factories run, using real-time data and AI to make industrial operations smarter and more effective. Pulsar's hardware and software platform provides real-time factory insights and analytics with a single-visitsetup. The company operates in the US, Canada, Mexico and Latam.
We have proprietary data from hundreds of factories across the Americas, and we're looking for someone to help us build an intelligence layer of agents on top of it.
Backed by leading Silicon Valley venture capital firms and recognized by Stanford University, Pulsar offers a unique opportunity to shape how AI is applied in real industrial environments.
We're looking for an AI Engineer (Agentic Systems) to join Pulsar full-time.
This is not a traditional ML role. We're not looking for someone focused on training models or doing research. We're looking for a strong builder who can design and ship agentic systems powered by LLMs, backend systems, and real operational data.
You'll work directly with the founders and engineering team to create AI systems that help our customers better understand their factories, surface the right insights, and interact with their operations in much more intelligent ways.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to move fast, operate with autonomy, and build from idea to production.
We offer competitive salary, stock options, health benefits, and flexible working hours.
More importantly, this is a chance to work on a very real AI problem: building intelligent systems on top of proprietary industrial data, with direct access to customers, high ownership from day one, and the opportunity to shape a core part of Pulsar's future.
Chile-based, remote. English required.
