About the Role

Director of Business Development (Multi-State) | SNF / Value-Based Care

Location: Remote (U.S.) | Heavy focus on Northeast, Southeast, Midwest Travel: 40%–50% overnight (flexes based on territory and relationships)

Opportunity Overview

We are partnered with a national, value-based care platform that supports skilled nursing and senior living operators through a provider-led medical group, Medicare Advantage iSNP solutions, and ACO-based programs designed to improve outcomes and reduce avoidable utilization.

This role is a true operator-facing, corporate-level hunter seat. Your mission is to open doors with VP, divisional, and C-suite leaders at SNF operators, secure enterprise agreements, and drive meaningful contracted-bed growth.

Compensation

  • Base: target in the mid-$100Ks (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Commission: uncapped, with strong upside tied to contracted-bed growth
  • Payout cadence: quarterly
  • Tools/budget: company card, travel booked through company portal, and a practical entertainment budget to get deals done

What You Will Do

  • Sell into SNF operators at the corporate level (enterprise and regional decision makers)
  • Build a target list of operator groups and run a disciplined pursuit strategy that converts to signed agreements
  • Drive growth across:
    • Medical group partnerships in SNF and senior living
    • iSNP expansion (where applicable)
  • Own the deal cycle: executive outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, contracting, and launch alignment
  • Partner with an internal implementation / partner success team to ensure signed agreements become real, producing accounts
  • Use Salesforce

  • Comfortable traveling and living in executive conversations
  • Strong business acumen: understands value-based care, readmission dynamics, and clinical outcomes in SNF environments
  • Operates with process and discipline (CRM adoption, forecasting, funnel conversion)
