Key Responsibilities
Define the roadmap for analytics capabilities, encompassing instrumentation, data foundations, and customer-facing products.
Oversee the design and operation of comprehensive data pipelines, including all stages from instrumentation to product integration.
Drive platform and architecture decisions for various deployment environments including SaaS and self-managed.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on roadmap and execution.
Build and maintain a high-performing engineering organization with a focus on operational excellence.
Champion asynchronous workflows and AI-assisted development methods.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of distributed systems and large-scale platform engineering.
Experience with end-to-end data pipelines and analytics platforms.
Ability to engage in technical discussions with senior engineers.
Commitment to engineering practices such as test-driven development and continuous delivery.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills in a remote-first setting.
