As a high-growth, founder-led company, WILDE combines startup agility with ambitious growth plans.The team is passionate about creating products consumers love while building a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and innovation.This is an opportunity to join a brand at a pivotal stage and play a major role in shaping its next chapter.What You Will Do As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, influencer, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.

You'll serve as a key cross-functional partner, collaborating with Brand, Sales, E-commerce, Creative, and agency partners to bring campaigns to life, drive customer engagement, and maximize marketing performance.This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and measurable business impact across every consumer touchpoint.Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and planning across organic social media, influencer marketing, email, SMS, and website content.
  • Manage relationships with creative, social, and influencer agency partners to ensure strong execution and performance.
  • Oversee content development and campaign execution across digital marketing channels.
  • Guide community engagement and influencer programs while mentoring a junior team member.
  • Collaborate on brand partnerships, PR initiatives, activations, giveaways, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Manage Klaviyo email marketing campaigns and website updates supporting promotions and product launches.
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute integrated campaigns across retail, shopper, and DTC channels.
  • Help develop and optimize a customer loyalty program based on customer journey insights and data.
Who You Are

You are a strategic and creative marketing leader who excels at turning brand vision into impactful, cross-channel campaigns. You thrive in collaborative environments, balancing big-picture thinking with operational excellence and attention to detail. You are equally comfortable analyzing performance metrics as you are developing compelling brand stories, and you enjoy mentoring others while helping teams achieve ambitious goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing, preferably within CPG or DTC organizations.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, web, influencer, and partnership channels.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Sprout, Iconosquare, Shopify, Webflow, or WordPress.
  • Experience managing agency partners and mentoring or leading junior team members.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize campaign performance.
