About the Role

Integrated Marketing Manager

GameChange Solar is one of the fastest growing, most dynamic companies in the booming solar industry. We are a leader in the solar racking and tracker industry with a dynamic and driven team passionate about changing the game in solar. Our products are designed to be the fastest installing and most cost-effective in the industry.

We are seeking a results-driven, mid-level Integrated Marketing Manager to support and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital, content, events, and sales enablement channels. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate has experience working with modern marketing tools and analytics platforms and preferably brings experience in the renewable energy, solar, or broader energy industry.

Integrated Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage email marketing campaigns
  • Support paid media efforts (LinkedIn, trade publications, etc.)
  • Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and SEO optimization
  • Assist in developing and coordinating content including case studies, blogs, thought leadership, presentations, and sales collateral
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to translate technical information into compelling marketing messaging
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and collateral
  • Reporting on campaigns, PR, web performance, SEO
  • Project manage new marketing initiatives
Integrated Marketing Manager Skills & Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in renewable energy sector.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in Wordpress, WIX or comparable CMS tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and advanced PowerPoint skills
