The MD of Operational Resilience and Global Security ensures that CME Group's critical market functions—trade execution, clearing, and settlement—remain robust against severe disruptions. You will lead the enterprise strategy to prevent, adapt to, and recover from operational threats while ensuring global regulatory compliance. This role serves as the primary bridge between technical and cybersecurity recovery, physical security, and executive governance.

Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership in Operational Resilience and BCM within complex financial environments.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of trade lifecycles, clearing workflows, and low-latency infrastructure.
Crisis Leadership: Proven track record of managing major operational disruptions and establishing high-stakes decision-making protocols.
Regulatory Gravitas: Extensive experience managing regulatory examinations and presenting to Board-level committees.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to integrate security and resilience into technology transformations (Cloud/Data Center strategy)
Education: MBA or advanced degree preferred.
