Salary Range: $71,000-$81,000, depending on experience and location
Location: Hybrid - Oakland, CA or Washington, D.C or any Dream.Org priority state -including AZ, KY, NC, NM, NY, PA, or WI.

Purpose Of The Position:
The Leadership Organizer is responsible for identifying, recruiting, developing, and activating leaders across Dream.Org's Justice, Green For All, and Tech initiatives. This role serves as the connective tissue between membership, leadership development, and organizing campaigns, helping build a strong pipeline of leaders who can advance Dream.Org's mission nationwide
