    The position:

    Attached to the commercial direction, you will join the Private Sector France team of Efalia in order to accelerate the development of our activity with the ETI and large accounts on the territory of Paris and Western France. Upon your arrival, you will take over an existing portfolio of clients that you will have to develop and retain, while being strongly expected on the opening of new accounts and the conquest of new clients. You intervene on complex sales cycles around projects of digital transformation and dematerialization of business processes.

    Mission:

    Your main responsibilities:

    • Develop and retain an existing portfolio of clients
    • Identify, qualify and conquer new opportunities with ETI and large accounts
    • Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, coordination of presentations, negotiation and closing
    • Build trustful relationships with business stakeholders and directions (CIO, business directions, procurement, general management)
    • Lead commercial presentations and coordinate the different stakeholders
    • Work closely with the pre-sales team, in charge of demonstrations and functional presentations
    • Collaborate closely with the Project teams and sales administration to ensure a smooth and qualitative follow-up of opportunities and client projects
    • Collaborate with direct and indirect sales teams in a logic of collective development
    • Represent Efalia at events, trade shows and strategic appointments

    Ideal profile:

    You have confirmed experience in the sale of SaaS software solutions, ideally in the following fields:

    • Document management (GED / ECM)
    • Dematerialization of processes
    • Workflow / BPM
    • Digital workplace
    • B2B business solutions

    You have already evolved in complex sales environments and know how to address ETI and large accounts on structured cycles. We are looking for above all:

    • A "hunter" profile, oriented towards development and conquest
    • A strong autonomy in the management of your activity
    • An excellent relationship and a strong team spirit
    • An ability to evolve in an agile and collaborative environment
    • A rigorous person in the management of his time, his priorities and commercial information
    • An international experience appreciated
    • A culture of results and business development

    English is indispensable to accompany large account organizations evolving in multi-site and multicultural environments.
