Labcorp is seeking a Sr Recruiter to join its Corporate Talent Acquisition team in a remote capacity.

Work Schedule

Full-time position with standard business hours; flexibility required to meet recruiting demands and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for up to 30 active requisitions across high-volume and professional roles
  • Identify, engage, and assess internal and external candidates using proactive sourcing techniques
  • Deliver consistent pipeline development for current and future hiring needs
Stakeholder Partnership & Workforce Planning
  • Partner with business stakeholders across corporate functions to support hiring strategies and workforce needs
  • Provide labor market data and recruiting insights to influence hiring decisions and pipeline strategies
  • Align recruiting activities with business priorities and organizational strategy
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
  • Execute strategic sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social platforms, and direct outreach)
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
Systems & Metrics Management
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, and compliance requirements
  • Achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics, including requisition load, time-to-fill, and candidate throughput
AI Fluency
  • Use AI-powered recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing platforms, resume screening tools, chat-based engagement tools, scheduling tools) to support candidate identification and outreach
  • Apply generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to develop job descriptions, sourcing campaigns, and recruiting strategy
  • Leverage AI-driven analytics and insights to improve candidate matching, pipeline quality, and recruiting efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 or more years of recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience recruiting within healthcare, life sciences, or clinical services environments
  • 3 or more years of experience using Workday Recruiting modules
  • 5 or more years of experience supporting corporate function hiring (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Legal)
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter
Additional Job Standards
  • Demonstrated communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Capability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Business acumen and understanding of labor market trends
About the Role

This Recruiter role supports Labcorp's corporate functions by delivering high-impact talent acquisition solutions across a diverse range of positions. The role combines high-volume recruiting execution with strategic sourcing and stakeholder partnership, enabling the organization to attract and retain top talent while maintaining operational excellence in hiring practices.

Pay Range: $65,000-$80,000

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications as well as internal equity and market data.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
