About the Role

Job Summary Imaging Service Engineer Location: Oklahoma (Full-time, Permanent) Salary: Up to $120,000 plus benefits About the Company: Our client is a nationally recognized provider of healthcare technology management services, supporting hospitals and health systems across the United States.They work closely with clinical and biomedical teams to ensure critical imaging systems remain compliant, reliable, and optimized for high-quality patient care Role Overview: As an Imaging Service Engineer, you will support multiple facilities within a major health system across Oklahoma.

You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining high-end CT and MR systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, calibrations, quality assurance, and imaging application support across DICOM, Windows, and Linux environments.You will collaborate closely with clinical staff and escalate complex issues to OEMs as needed.This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional after-hours support.

Key Requirements: • 4+ years of experience servicing high-end medical imaging systems • Strong hands-on experience with CT and MR systems • Proven knowledge of DICOM, imaging software, Windows, and Linux environments • Ability to work onsite in a hospital setting with occasional off-hours support Ideal Candidate: • Customer-focused with strong communication skills • Detail-oriented and committed to equipment reliability and patient safety • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environment • Collaborative when working with clinical and technical teams Why Choose nGenium?
