  • Reports to the Group R&D Director
  • Close collaboration with the Director of the Health & Home Care Business Unit and the Product Manager OGUST
  • Scope of responsibility: leading the R&D teams dedicated to the OGUST solution
  • Cross-functional coordination with other product and technical teams of the group

Context

OGUST is Arche MC2's software solution dedicated to the management of personal services (SAP) and home care services (SAAD).

A comprehensive and modular platform, it covers all key processes:

  • Planning and optimization of interventions (with real-time remote management)
  • Field HR management (interveners, skills, availability)
  • Complex administrative and billing management
  • CRM and beneficiary/family relations
  • Activity management (KPIs, reporting)
  • Regulatory compliance (notably SEGUR framework)
  • Integrations via API

Strategic product of the group, OGUST operates in a demanding environment combining business, regulatory, and technological challenges.

Missions

1. Operational Management of R&D Teams

  • Supervise the conception, development, QA, and acceptance teams
  • Lead the managerial cycle: recruitment, skill enhancement, performance
  • Structure an effective organization in agile mode (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Develop a culture of excellence: quality, collaboration, customer orientation

2. Strategic Product Management and Delivery

  • Contribute to the technical translation of the OGUST product vision
  • Ensure the proper execution of the roadmap in conjunction with the Product Manager
  • Supervise developments in compliance with commitments (deadlines, quality, budget)
  • Integrate a user-centered UX and design approach
  • Conduct technological surveillance (SaaS, web, mobile, API, AI, data)

3. Platform Architecture & Evolution

  • Lead the evolution towards modular and shared architectures
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the platform
  • Structure the major technical projects around key modules:
    • advanced planning engine
    • real-time remote management
    • billing and administrative management
    • piloting and decision-making
  • Ensure interoperability with partner solutions and the client ecosystem
  • Reduce technical debt and pilot quality indicators

4. Collaboration with the Product Manager and Stakeholders

  • Translate the product roadmap into a robust and realistic technical trajectory
  • Participate in arbitrations (business value/complexity/time-to-market)
  • Ensure the adequacy between client needs, regulatory constraints, and technical solutions
  • Co-produce deliverables:
    • quarterly roadmap
    • reliable and high-performance releases
    • documentation
  • Interact with:
    • commercial and marketing teams
    • deployment and support teams
    • key clients for understanding usages

    5. Continuous Improvement & Performance

    • Monitor technical and product KPIs (quality, performance, usage)
    • Implement a continuous improvement approach
    • Contribute to the integration of new approaches (data, AI, automation)
    • Optimize R&D delivery processes

    Profile Sought

    Key Skills

    • Minimum successful experience of 7 years in a similar role
    • Proven experience in managing R&D teams in a software/SaaS context
    • Ability to lead complex products in an agile environment
    • Strong product culture and ability to work in tandem with a Product Manager
    • Experience in technical and organizational transformation

    Technical Expertise

    • Mastery of modern architectures (API, cloud)
    • Good understanding of environments:
      • SaaS/web/mobile
    • PHP, VueJS, symfony
    • integrations and APIs
    • data & decision-making

    Business Knowledge (strong asset)

    • Sector of personal services (SAP), home care, or medico-social
    • Understanding of challenges:
      • operational planning
