I'm partnering with a growing and well-established construction organization in South Fort Worth that is looking for a hands-on
Accounting Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and overseeing the full accounting cycle in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Construction accounting and job cost tracking
• Bank and account reconciliations
• AIA billing and collections
• Lien waivers
• Accounts payable and vendor management
• Payroll processing for approximately 60 employees
• Benefits and 401(k) administration support
• Expense report processing
• Excel reporting and analysis
• Monitoring project cost-to-completion
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years of construction accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of AIA billing, lien waivers, and payroll
- QuickBooks experience
- Procore experience (highly preferred)
- Ability to manage accounting operations independently
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
