Plan, implement and evaluate unit-based and discipline-based training courses.
Ensure appropriate orientation, training and continuing education for nursing staff to advance and maintain the required level of competency.
Ensure that patient care delivery is implemented and monitored according to established standards of care and practice.
Act as a resource person to Nurse Manager on clinical nursing and nursing training matters and issues.
Apply principles to prevent medico-legal issues in relation to patient care.
Perform summative assessment of nursing staff.
Training and education for other non-nursing staff/volunteers.

A Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
Min 6 years of experience in clinical care
Preferably to have a Specialist Diploma in Clinical education.
