About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care and supervision for infants in a safe and nurturing environment.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive and physical development.
Monitor and document each child's progress and milestones regularly.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning experience.
Attend training sessions and staff meetings to continuously improve teaching practices.
Support emotional development through positive interactions and responsive caregiving.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
