Graphics Designer
This is a remote position open to residents of the United States only.
Position: Graphics Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Graphics Designer to join our team full-time. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing and communication materials, both print and digital. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital ads
Create and maintain brand identity guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for campaigns and product launches
Work closely with the digital marketing team to create engaging social media graphics and website visuals
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques to continuously improve the quality of our designs
Ensure all designs are in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles and typography
Experience with digital design and social media platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
