Requirements Candidates should bring strong experience in fixed income markets and investment research, combined with excellent analytical and communication skills. The ideal profile demonstrates both technical depth and the ability to clearly explain financial reasoning. Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in fixed income research, investment analysis, capital markets, or related financial disciplines
- Strong expertise in bond valuation, credit analysis, interest rate modeling, and macro/market research
- Experience with financial modeling, portfolio analysis, or investment recommendation frameworks
- Ability to critically evaluate complex financial reasoning and identify errors in quantitative logic
- Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to structure clear, precise feedback
- CFA Charterholder or CFA Candidate preferred, or equivalent advanced finance credentials
- Prior exposure to AI, data evaluation, or analytical review work is a plus
