As an Assistant Vice President (AVP), Property Facultative Underwriter, you will support an assigned Region in the development, core client management, and underwriting in accordance with the overall strategic business plan (capacity, underwriting appetite, business planning for growth and renewal opportunities) for SompoRe's U.S.Property Facultative business.You will build and manage relationships through direct opportunities and brokers in your assigned region, leveraging strategic thinking to deliver a strong pipeline of opportunities (individual risk and automatics) that supports profitable growth.
You will operate within your authority level and established guidelines while partnering across functions to deliver strong performance.

Salary Range: $165,000 – $220,000 Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.
