The Studio Director will be responsible for building a member base, leading all sales and consultations, developing the coaching team, and owning the studio's business performance from pre-sale through opening and beyond.

This is not a passive management role. It is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for an experienced fitness professional who wants to own a business outcome, operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, and build something exceptional in the Snoqualmie market.

  • Lead all Starting Point consultations with prospective members including movement screen, goals discussion, InBody assessment, and follow-up process
  • Own member acquisition through local partnerships, community events, and digital marketing

  • Conduct monthly outreach to members with 8 or fewer visits in the last 30 days
  • Achieve membership, revenue, and utilization targets
Leadership & Team Management
  • Recruit, hire, and train part-time coaching staff
  • Build a positive, high-accountability team culture
  • Lead weekly staff meetings covering workouts, scheduling, and performance metrics

  • Lead by example in work ethic, urgency, and ownership
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily studio operations in alignment with Alloy brand standards
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and operational procedures
  • Be present during peak training times to provide leadership and support
  • Manage expenses and operate within budget
  • Ensure consistent communication regarding performance metrics
Training & Studio Support
  • Lead training sessions per week as needed
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Alloy programming and coaching standards
  • Be capable of stepping in to support or cover sessions when necessary
Key Performance Expectations

This is a KPI-driven role. You will be measured on:
  • Pre-sale enrollment and membership growth
  • Lead-to-close conversion rate
  • Show rate for Starting Point consultations
  • Member retention and visit frequency
  • Revenue performance against targets
You should be comfortable tracking numbers daily and adjusting strategy accordingly.

Key Skills & Abilities

Sales Leadership: Proven ability to drive membership growth and close consultations

Community Builder: Comfortable representing the brand and building local relationships

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of KPIs and financial accountability

Operational Discipline: Organized, systems-oriented, and detail-driven

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of fitness studio management or equivalent leadership experience
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting membership sales targets
  • Experience building client relationships and community in a local market
  • Comfortable operating in a startup or launch environment
  • Proficiency with Mindbody or similar club management software preferred
  • Boutique fitness or franchise experience preferred
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
Desired Traits
  • Entrepreneurial, competitive, and performance-driven
  • Strong communicator with authentic leadership presence
  • High energy and hands-on mindset
  • Comfortable taking full ownership of results
