About the Role
We are hiring an Healthcare Recruiter - Remote for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ .Job Description: To join our dynamic team, we are seeking an experienced and driven individual with a strong background in business or related fields.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in various roles, including nurses, allied health professionals, and physicians.
You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive top-quality candidates who are not only qualified but also a perfect cultural fit.
Utilizing innovative sourcing and sales strategies to attract top healthcare talent through various platforms such as our internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
Providing a personalized experience for each candidate based on their qualifications and long-term healthcare career goals.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to placement and beyond.
Coordinating the full life cycle process from scheduling interviews to placement on an assignment.
Ensure all candidates meet the necessary compliance requirements, including licensure, certifications, and background checks.
Stay updated on trends in the US healthcare industry, including emerging roles, certifications, and demand for healthcare professionals.
Experience:
Previous and strong experience in the following US states: VA, KY, SC, OH, NM, IA, NY, NJ, FL, and NE.
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the US healthcare sector, including various roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
Skills:
Proficiency with ATS tools and other recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple job orders simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Benefits:
Competitive salary + bonus structure.
Work hours:
8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
Lunch period: Noon to 1 pm (unpaid)
