Accounts Receivable SpecialistIndianapolis, IN (Onsite)LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for an immediate opportunity with a growing Indianapolis-area organization. This position offers the chance to join a collaborative accounting team and play a key role in managing accounts receivable functions, customer account maintenance, collections, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities- Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment applications, and collections
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Maintain accurate account records and customer information
- Generate aging reports and assist with account analysis
- Work with customer portals and various billing systems
- Collaborate with accounting team members to support financial operations
- Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and special projects as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding account inquiries and payment status
Qualifications- 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience analyzing financial data and identifying discrepancies
- Ability to learn new ERP and accounting systems quickly
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service and collections experience strongly preferred
Schedule- Monday through Friday
- Approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Fully onsite position
- Temporary-to-Hire
Compensation- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
- Potential flexibility for highly qualified candidate
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
