As an Associate Teacher at Aaron School, you will play a key role in helping students reach their full potential within a structured and inclusive learning environment.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with families

  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with children

  • Ability to stay organized, adaptable, and consistent in a dynamic classroom environment

What You'll Do

  • Support the Head Teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons across core academic subjects

  • Implement differentiated instruction and track student progress toward individualized learning goals

  • Collaborate with teaching teams and school leadership to ensure aligned and effective instruction

  • Apply behavior management strategies and maintain a structured, inclusive classroom environment

  • Communicate with families and contribute to student reports, updates, and conferences
