POSITION SUMMARY

The Director, Product Strategy leads the strategy, planning, and upstream commercialization of ECRI's healthcare technology solutions portfolio.With a strong focus on upstream marketing, customer insight, and market positioning, this role owns product direction based on a deep understanding of healthcare market needs, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities across care settings.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Transformation & Innovation, this role works in close partnership with product leads, downstream marketing, and cross-functional business teams to ensure that ECRI's solutions are well-positioned, clearly defined, and aligned to both customer needs and organizational priorities.The Director serves as the primary bridge between market intelligence and portfolio strategy — ensuring that what ECRI offers is both true to its mission and compelling to those it serves.
