Director of Sales, Eastern Canada

ISCO Industries is a global leader in customized piping solutions, specializing in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, fittings, and systems that serve a wide range of industries and critical infrastructure projects. ISCO is family-owned, with more than 35 facilities in the United States and Canada and over 60 years of experience in the industry. We offer custom fabrication, design support, estimating take-offs, in-house CAD drawings, technical support, installation, McElroy fusion equipment servicing, rental and sales, and certified training.

As the Director of Sales for Eastern Canada, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for your territory. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strong customer relationships. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Canada, you will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Pay Range Based on Experience: $150-200K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance excellence, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new geographic areas, industries, and customer segments.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to enhance product offerings, improve service delivery, and optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and drive accountability.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and promote brand awareness.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the sales organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in building, developing, and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that align with overall business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and sales forecasting.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
