About the Role

Director Of Product Marketing

KLDiscovery is a leading provider of eDiscovery software and services combining unparalleled client service, deep domain expertise, and modern digital tools to help clients navigate complex legal, regulatory, and data challenges.

KLDiscovery is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to define, shape, and lead the global go-to-market strategy for our eDiscovery and legal technology solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, where strategy meets execution, and where complex technology is transformed into clear, compelling value for the market.

As Head of Product Marketing, you will own how our products are positioned, launched, and brought to life across every customer touchpoint. You will translate technical innovation, including AI-driven capabilities, into differentiated messaging that drives adoption, accelerates pipeline, and fuels revenue growth.

This role requires both vision and execution. You will operate as a strategic leader while remaining close to the work, crafting narratives, guiding launches, and enabling sales teams to win.

The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller and operator who thrives in complex, fast-paced B2B environments. You are equally comfortable defining market positioning as you are building a pitch deck or refining messaging for a key deal. You bring a deep understanding of enterprise buyers, a passion for translating technical products into business outcomes, and the leadership presence to influence across teams and at the executive level. Annual salary for the position is $150,000 to $190,000.

(Director level. Can be remote anywhere in US. Central or Eastern time zone preferred)

What You'll Do

Go To Market Strategy

  • Define and execute global go-to-market strategies for products, features, and AI-driven enhancements
  • Lead segmentation, targeting, positioning, and pricing alignment across key buyer personas
  • Align roadmap priorities with market opportunity and revenue impact in partnership with Product and Sales

Positioning and Messaging

  • Translate complex eDiscovery workflows into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Develop differentiated messaging frameworks that clearly articulate business impact including efficiency, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure consistency and scalability across all marketing and sales channels, while actively contributing to key narratives and campaigns

Product Launches

  • Lead cross functional planning and execution of product and feature launches at a global scale
  • Define launch frameworks, timelines, and success metrics
  • Drive adoption through coordinated campaigns, enablement, and post launch performance analysis

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and contribute to high-impact sales enablement initiatives, shaving core assets, such as battlecards, pitch decks, ROI tools, and demo narratives
  • Improve win rates and deal velocity through strong positioning
  • Support strategic deals with tailored messaging and direct involvement in key opportunities

Market and Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends including regulatory shifts and AI adoption
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform positioning
  • Deliver insights to Product, Sales, and leadership to influence strategy and decision making

Product Advocacy

  • Represent KLDiscovery in across industry channels, including webinars, events, thought leadership, and strategic engagements
  • Act as voice of the customer to influence roadmap and innovation

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability
  • Foster a data-driven, collaborative culture while leading by example through direct involvement in key initiatives

KLDiscovery is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
