An Amazing Career Opportunity for a Field Implementation Engineer! We are seeking a 1099Contractor to perform onsite and remote installations of livescan hardware and software as well as connectivity to local, state and federal agencies for submission of electronic fingerprint records.

As our Implementation Field Engineer, you'll support HID's success by:
- On Site Installation Service: Confirming with customer POC arrival time to ensure site access. Travel to Customer sites scheduled for installation, and defined number of installation days (one installation day is eight hours in length). Install livescan hardware software and peripherals. Connect livescan system to required network for submission to agency. Test livescan system with agency. Train customer representatives on use and administration of system.
- Remote Installation and Support: Provide remote installation and support services for HID.
- On-Campus Support: Periodically, provide support services to HID from the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida (PBG) location.
Your Experience and Background include:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where service delivery must adhere to strict timelines with little to no direct supervision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of and troubleshooting skills for network topology (ports, protocols), Active Directory, Data Security as well as hardware connectivity.
- Must be able to pass a background check for CJIS certification and for Federal and Non-Federal contracts.
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds from the floor to a desktop.
