Our lived experiences fuel our mission to share stories of Radical Inclusivity & Queer Joy with audiences worldwide.

Through our FAST channels and distribution across major platforms including Samsung Watch Free, Vizio, Roku, Pluto, and others, Revry reaches millions of culturally engaged viewers globally.

PrismRiot, Revry's multicultural ad exchange, recently won the 2025 Digiday Award for Best New Data Management Platform and serves as the exclusive CTV exchange for RevoltTV's young, influential Black and Brown audiences.

As Revry enters its next phase of growth, advertising revenue is a core pillar of our strategy — and this role plays a critical part in shaping how brands invest in culturally relevant media at scale.

About the Role

Revry is seeking a senior, results-driven media sales leader to grow national advertising revenue across our FAST and CTV platforms.

This role is ideal for an experienced seller who understands how to monetize culturally engaged audiences, can confidently position FAST and CTV as core components of the modern media mix, and thrives in senior-level agency and brand conversations.

You'll work directly with media agencies and brand marketers to expand how LGBTQ+ and allied audiences are valued in media plans — moving beyond seasonal or "checkbox" investments toward sustained, performance-driven partnerships.

What You'll Do
  • Own and grow national revenue: Manage and expand a national book of business across agencies and brand-direct advertisers
  • Close high-impact deals: Drive six- and seven-figure FAST and CTV deals, including upfronts, scatter, sponsorships, and custom packages
  • Shape buyer education: Position LGBTQ+ audiences as year-round, high-influence consumers — not limited to Pride or cultural moments
  • Develop strategic partnerships: Build custom branded content, sponsorship, and audience-based solutions aligned to client goals
  • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with ad operations, marketing, programming, and leadership to ensure strong execution, renewals, and client satisfaction
  • Own forecasting & pipeline: Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and CRM pipeline management
  • Represent Revry externally: Serve as a senior face of the company at industry events, agency roadshows, and marketplace conversations
What We're Looking For
  • A senior media sales professional with credibility across agencies and brand decision-makers
  • Deep comfort selling both scale and culture — and educating buyers newer to FAST, CTV, and audience-specific platforms
  • Confidence pushing back on surface-level diversity spending in favor of strategic, results-oriented investment
  • Strong command of FAST economics, sponsorships, and programmatic CTV
  • Ability to operate autonomously while partnering closely with leadership in a lean, high-growth environment

Qualifications
  • 4–8+ years of advertising sales experience (FAST, CTV, OTT, digital video, or linear TV)
  • Proven success closing large, complex media deals with agencies and/or brand marketers
  • Existing relationships with media agencies and brand decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CTV measurement, attribution, and brand lift studies
  • Experience selling culturally relevant or audience-specific media is a strong plus
