About the Role

Product Manager

Transactionlink is the world's first automation platform for building complete digital onboarding experiences. Our no-code platform helps FinTech-enabled companies worldwide navigate the complexities of regulations, geographies, and industry-specific requirements of digital onboarding.

The breadth, depth, and quality of our partner integrations are key success criteria to deliver amazing digital onboarding experiences to our customers.

We are looking for our first Product Manager to grow our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will identify and develop partner integrations and shape our partner strategy. You will also build a product that offers delightful onboarding experiences while fulfilling local regulation requirements.

We are still a scrappy startup and things can be ambiguous at times. We need someone who is a self-starter and is comfortable with having to put on a few different types of hats at times (nothing too frequent).

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the vision, strategy and shape the roadmap for the Partner Integrations team
  • Research and develop a deep understanding of the onboarding partner ecosystem
  • Identify the right partners to work with
  • Collaborating with Engineering, and the partner to develop the integrations that will be put together to create high-converting onboarding flows
  • Ensure we have the right data and analysing them to inform the product roadmap
  • Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and customer follow-ups to gather qualitative feedback
  • Contribute and help shape the overall product vision and strategy

Who You Are

  • 2+ years experience in product management role
  • Have taken a feature or product live from product discovery to delivery
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills combined with high empathy for customer perspective
  • A self-starter, thrives on autonomy and enjoys the fast-paced environments of early-stage startups
  • Ability to gather insights from qualitative and quantitative research to inform your product roadmap
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Nice To Have

  • Experience in FinTech, KYC and other relevant fields
  • Background in software engineering or UX design
