About the Role

Serve as Senior Project Manager for ongoing environmental assessment and remediation projects across California
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
Act as a point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies, managing expectations and facilitating technical discussions at all project stages
Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams, including collaboration with geologists, engineers, and field staff
Prepare, review, and approve high-quality technical reports and deliverables
Ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with industry standards
Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
Significant experience (10+ years) managing environmental assessment and remediation projects in California
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
Strong technical writing and report-review skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Professional licensure (PG, PE, or equivalent)
95% coverage of health benefits, including Medical and Dental, with optional family and/or dependent enrollment paid by the employee at a group rate
50% company contribution towards Vision coverage
Tuition reimbursement (up to $5,250 per year)
401(k) matching program: company match 100% of your deferrals up to 3% of your compensation, plus 50% of your deferrals over 3% not exceeding 5% of your compensation
