About the Role

Job Description:

Curry College is seeking a dynamic and experienced entrepreneur to join our faculty as an Associate Lecturer in our Entrepreneurship program. We are committed to providing our students with practical, real-world knowledge and skills to thrive in the ever-evolving entrepreneurial landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and teach courses on topics such as fundamentals of entrepreneurship, identifying opportunities, developing business ideas, understanding the entrepreneurial mindset and business model generation
  • Mentor and advise students on their startup ideas and business plans.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Significant experience as a successful entrepreneur with a proven track record of launching and growing businesses.
  • Strong understanding of current entrepreneurial best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
Salary:

$3,735 per 3 credit course

*Please note: Eligibility for promotion to Lecturer and an increased rate of compensation are negotiated between the College and the Curry College AAUP.
