About the Role

Director, Salesforce India Delivery Lead

Riveron is seeking a Director, Salesforce India Delivery Lead to lead and scale our offshore delivery capability. This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery performance across Salesforce engagements, including execution quality, operationalrigor, resource strategy, governance, and alignment to commercial objectives.

This leader will serve as the primary owner of offshore delivery outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered with consistency, predictability, accountability, and exceptional quality while partnering closely with onshore leadership to support growth, scalability, client trust, and margin objectives.

At this level, the role extends beyond project delivery into delivery model design, organizational leadership, operational excellence, technical governance, quality assurance, innovation, and the development of a culture rooted in accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring Riveron's offshore Salesforce organization operates with discipline, transparency, innovation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes that clients can depend on.

You create environments where teams take ownership, deliver responsibly, and continuously raise the bar on quality and execution excellence.

Own delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent Salesforce engagements with full accountability for execution quality, predictability, and client satisfaction.Ensure alignment to SOW commitments, quality standards, delivery governance expectations, client expectations, and internal operational and financial objectives.Drive predictability and discipline in delivery execution, including accurate forecasting, proactive risk management, dependency management, resource planning, margin protection, delivery transparency, and reporting.Establish a culture of accountability where delivery commitments are clearly owned, tracked, and executed with urgency and professionalism.

Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, ensuring rapid resolution, clear communication, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning.Hold teams accountable to delivery standards, timelines, engineering practices, and quality expectations without compromising collaboration or team culture.Drive operational excellence through measurable KPIs, delivery scorecards, governance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Define, mature, and continuously improve Riveron's offshore delivery model, including team structure, onshore/offshore collaboration framework, delivery governance processes, capacity and utilization planning, quality assurance and release management standards.Build and scale high-performing teams across development, architecture, QA and testing, functional consulting, release management and DevOps.Ensure scaling efforts do not compromise delivery quality, engineering standards, accountability, or client experience.Establish repeatable delivery frameworks, accelerators, templates, and governance mechanisms that improve consistency, reduce risk, and increase delivery efficiency.

Drive the creation of reusable assets and innovation accelerators, including AI-enabled delivery capabilities, QA automation frameworks, reusable integration patterns, deployment and DevOps accelerators, industry and domain-specific solution templates, governance and compliance playbooks, estimation and delivery planning frameworks.Create operational processes that promote ownership, transparency, responsible decision-making, and sustainable delivery practices across the organization.Continuously identify opportunities to modernize and improve delivery through automation, tooling, standardization, and innovation initiatives that enhance quality, scalability, and speed-to-value.

Partner with practice leadership to help shape and scale Riveron's Salesforce delivery capability through Centers of Excellence, emerging technology adoption, capability expansion and specialization, delivery innovation initiatives, talent and leadership development, best practice standardization.Encourage teams to contribute ideas, reusable solutions, process improvements, and technical innovations that strengthen the overall practice and create long-term value for clients.Drive the development of a scalable, high-performing offshore organization recognized for delivery excellence, technical innovation, operational rigor, accountability and ownership, quality-focused execution, and trusted client outcomes.

Lead and mentor technical leads, architects, engineering managers, QA leaders, and delivery managers across the offshore organization.Drive hiring strategy and capability development aligned to pipeline demand, strategic growth priorities, and delivery quality expectations.Build a culture focused on accountability and ownership, engineering excellence, responsible delivery leadership, collaboration and teamwork, continuous improvement, quality-first execution, and professional integrity.Set clear expectations around performance, communication, responsiveness, and delivery discipline.Develop succession plans and leadership bench strength within offshore teams to ensure scalability and organizational resilience.

Drive continuous learning and technical excellence through Salesforce certification paths, lunch-and-learn sessions, technical guilds and communities of practice, code reviews and architecture forums, delivery retrospectives and quality reviews.Promote a mindset where teams proactively identify issues, take ownership of solutions, and continuously improve processes and execution standards.

Oversee execution of complex Salesforce implementations, including Core Clouds, Revenue Cloud, integrations with ERP platforms, data platforms, and external systems.Establish and enforce strong technical governance across all engagements, including architecture standards, secure development practices, code quality and peer review standards, QA rigor and testing coverage, release governance, performance and scalability standards, documentation expectations.Ensure solutions are designed responsibly with long-term maintainability, scalability, security, and operational supportability in mind.

Provide oversight and governance on key technical decisions, including Flow vs Apex, integration patterns, data models, security architecture, deployment strategies, environment management.Drive accountability for technical quality across teams and ensure delivery practices align with enterprise-grade standards.

Own execution and continuous improvement of Riveron's Salesforce delivery methodology.Drive consistency and operational discipline across engagements in Agile delivery practices, sprint planning and estimation, QA and testing rigor, release and deployment management, documentation standards, change management processes, governance and reporting.Implement KPIs and operational dashboards to track delivery health, forecast accuracy, utilization, defect rates, rework trends, client satisfaction, SLA adherence, team performance.Establish quality checkpoints and governance reviews throughout the delivery lifecycle to proactively identify risks and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement through delivery retrospectives, root-cause analysis, lessons learned sessions, process optimization, feedback loops, delivery metrics analysis.Create a culture where quality is proactively built into delivery processes rather than addressed reactively.

Partner closely with pre-sales architects, engagement leaders, client stakeholders, PMO leadership, onshore delivery leadership. Ensure seamless transition from deal close to delivery execution with strong governance, accountability, and delivery readiness. Provide transparent communication regarding delivery status, risks and mitigation plans, resource constraints, financial impacts, quality concerns, escalation items. Build trust with clients and internal stakeholders through consistent execution, responsible leadership, reliable delivery practices, and high-quality outcomes.
