Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and identify opportunities in potential deals.
Negotiate terms and structure agreements that maximize value for the company and its clients.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and execution.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Ideal Candidate Background
8-10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a strong legal background in financial services or venture capital.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex transactions and negotiations.
Deep understanding of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks within the industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and present actionable insights.
