Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong track record of data accuracy
Able to work independently, prioritize recurring tasks, and follow through without reminders
Trusted with sensitive employee and client information; discretion is non-negotiable
Confident using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and internal dashboards
Clear, professional written communication skills
⏱ Hands-on experience with time-tracking or monitoring tools (e.g., Hubstaff, Teramind) (Nice-to-have)
