- Schedule: Full-time position with a rotating schedule between 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and 10:00 AM-6:00 PM. Candidates must be available to work both shifts as part of the rotation.

What You'll Do - Foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children ages 3.5-5 years old
- Integrate teaching skills with the values and principles of a mission-driven organization
- Provide children with a well-rounded and developmentally appropriate educational experience
- Support each child's growth through intentional interactions, care, and guidance
- Participate in intergenerational programming opportunities with older adults
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members
Required Qualifications - At least a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with coursework such as Human Growth and Development, Lifespan Development, or similar
- 1-3 years of early childhood education or childcare experience preferred
- Early Childhood Education Level 3 certification completed or willingness to obtain after hire
