Teach Minnesota Teaching Fellows (TMTF) is TNTP's Minnesota-based, state-approved alternative pathway into teaching. The program is designed to expand the pipeline of effective, diverse educators and address persistent teacher shortages through rigorous preparation, classroom experience, and ongoing coaching.

The Part-time Director, Fundraising will lead strategy and execution for fundraising across Teach Minnesota Teaching Fellows, including securing funding, cultivating relationships, and leading grant writing and reporting. This role is estimated to be approximately 10 hours/week.
The Part-time Director, Fundraising will report to the Partner, Teach Minnesota Teaching Fellows (TMTF) and collaborate closely with the TMTF team, the national fundraising team, and other key partners across the organization. The Part-time Director, Fundraising - TMTF is accountable for achieving annual fundraising targets.

TNTP offers a competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience in a similar position. The compensation rate for this role is $60.00 per hour.
