Job Summary Manage franchise compliance/legal function. Reports to VP, Assistant General Counsel
What You'll Do - Franchise Compliance & Enforcement
- Contract Administration and Lifecycle Management (Franchise Agreements)
- Disclosure and Regulatory Compliance (FDD and disclosure requirements)
- Franchise Process Management (franchisee qualification, side consent and development support, internal policies, franchise manual updates)
What You Bring to the Team - 5+ years experience in franchise law with multi-unit or franchisor company
- Experience supporting or managing Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and familiarity with FTC franchise regulations and state registration requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
