Job Description
In close collaboration with the director of Childhood Family, you will be responsible for the budget of the Directorate as well as the animation of your service; and this in the context of the reorganization of the Directorate, and the creation of this new service that brings together different previously separate missions. General missions: You will thus carry out the following missions:
- You animate and manage the entire service, composed of 19 professionals, relying also on the two mission heads respectively in charge of the data and information systems on the one hand, and of the pricing on the other hand.
- You pilot the budgetary process of the Directorate (budgetary orientations, budget forecast, amending decisions) in liaison with the other services of the Directorate, the territories and proximity services pole and the general secretariat of the Directorate.
- You develop budgetary analysis tools in order to contribute to the elaboration of the Directorate's financial strategy.
- You continue and develop the actions undertaken to strengthen management control, as well as the deployment of internal control.
- You supervise the activities of the pilotage mission of the establishments and services for the protection of children, in particular: management dialogues, follow-up of establishment projects, follow-up of the budgetary execution in this area and the multi-annual planning of investments and operation of the establishments and services.
- You supervise the activities of the mission in charge of data and information systems, in particular: the elaboration, analysis and follow-up of the Directorate's activity dashboards, the prioritization of actions to be implemented to meet the needs of operational services, the update/maintenance of information systems.
- You coordinate the management of public contracts for the entire Directorate, in support of the services.
- You coordinate and follow up the different subsidies and contributions paid to partners.
- You update the service project and ensure its implementation and evaluation.
Specific missions: You ensure the supervision of the professional in charge of the administrative management of the complementary health solidarity for the children entrusted.
