Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and small-group instruction for students within an alternate education program
Collaborate with general education staff and related service providers to design and adapt curriculum
Monitor, assess, and document student progress toward IEP and academic goals
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective plans
Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school policies
Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral growth through proactive strategies
