About the Opportunity
Ashton North is partnering with an innovative consumer-focused organization seeking a Senior Media Buyer to lead paid social acquisition efforts and help drive the next stage of growth.
This position is ideal for a performance marketing professional who has built and scaled successful Meta advertising programs, understands how to translate data into action, and enjoys taking ownership of meaningful business results. The individual selected for this role will have significant influence over strategy, execution, and growth initiatives while working alongside creative, marketing, and leadership teams.
This is a highly independent role where success is measured by outcomes, optimization expertise, and the ability to efficiently scale customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of Meta advertising campaigns.
Manage substantial advertising investments while maintaining profitability and growth objectives.
Evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Develop audience, testing, and budget allocation strategies designed to support sustainable growth.
Work closely with creative partners to generate insights that improve ad performance and accelerate testing initiatives.
Partner with digital marketing and optimization teams to strengthen funnel performance and improve conversion outcomes.
Deliver meaningful performance reporting and strategic recommendations to company leadership.
Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging trends, and new opportunities within paid social advertising.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
Five or more years of direct, hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
Demonstrated experience controlling monthly Meta advertising budgets exceeding $1 million.
Proven history of growing consumer-facing brands through paid acquisition initiatives.
Strong command of key marketing metrics, including customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, attribution analysis, and lifetime value considerations.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies based on performance trends.
Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience overseeing monthly Meta advertising investments in excess of $2 million.
Background supporting subscription-based businesses, healthcare-related brands, or other consumer growth organizations.
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and website optimization teams.
Exposure to additional paid media channels such as Google and TikTok.
Familiarity with attribution platforms, advanced analytics tools, and marketing measurement methodologies.
