What You Will Do
Design and implement full-stack applications using TypeScript and React to enhance user experience.
Develop backend services with Go, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Manage and optimize databases with PostgreSQL and Redis for efficient data handling.
Deploy and maintain infrastructure on AWS, utilizing Terraform for infrastructure as code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and reliability.
Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of learning.
Ideal Candidate Background
3–10 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on TypeScript and React.
Proficiency in backend development using Go and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, and tools like Terraform and Docker.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
Preferred
Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design principles.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Compensation and Benefits
