Location: Dallas TX or Costa Mesa CA; open for remote working - onsite Duration: 6 months MDM Reltio Technical Consultant "Strong understanding of MDM concepts and data governance Reltio platform expertise: • Data modeling • Match & merge • APIs & integrations" "As a Reltio Technical Consultant, the associate will engage in the following MDM Reltio functions.
Data Modeling & Mastering Strategy • Design L3/L4 data models including attributes, data types, and constraints • Define mastering rules: o Survivorship rules o Match & merge strategies o Trust and source ranking • Configure: o Match rules (exact, fuzzy, phonetic, weighted) o Merge rules and survivorship logic • Design data stewardship workflows for manual resolution Support Architecture & Design • Design end to end Reltio MDM architecture aligned with business goals and enterprise data strategy • Define entity models, relationships, hierarchies, and reference data structures • Architect multi domain MDM solutions (Customer, Product, Party, Location, Account, etc.) • Ensure extensibility, scalability, performance, and security of Reltio implementations • Define cloud native integration patterns (event driven, API based, batch) Integration Architecture • Design and govern integrations between Reltio and: • Source systems (CRM, Core Banking, ERP, Policy, Claims, POS) • Downstream consumers (Data Lake, Analytics, Reporting, Digital apps) • Define API based integration patterns (REST, GraphQL) • Architect real time vs batch vs event driven data flows • Leverage Reltio components: o Reltio APIs o Reltio Integration Hub o Kafka/Event Streams (if applicable) • Ensure error handling, retries, reconciliation, and monitoring Data Governance & Quality Define enterprise data governance framework using Reltio capabilities • Establish: • Data ownership and stewardship roles • Data quality KPIs and thresholds • Business rules and validations • Configure DQ rules, validations, and exception handling • Support compliance needs (especially in BFSI): o Regulatory reporting o Auditability o Data lineage and traceability" Role Descriptions: Reltio experience.
